Experiments on the heat performance of an ice thermal storage system installed a evaporator in the thermal storage tank are carried out. The ice thermal storage system is a capsule type. The thermal storage tank with a thermal capacity 9100 ㎉/h is a cylindrical tank ø=1270 ㎜, H=1800 ㎜. An experimental data are measured as the variation of a flow rate. The results indicate that the thermal performance is high in case of the higher flow rate and the COP of a refrigerator is similar to other system.
