It is increased importance of a development business in a domestic construction industry, this study is based on the assertion that it is needed to introduce development business and have to play a leading role in this filed by architecture majors. As a result of having analyzed the contract value of construction industry and company in order to find out the scale and weight of a development business, it is proved that a development business is a main work of domestic construction industry and construction company occupying each 51.5% and 61.1%.
On the other hand, the majority of person in charge of a development business field have majored in economy, management, real estate and urban planning, but relatively a few majored in architecture by an analysis. We have to convert the recognition of a development business in order to overcome these problems and diversify the curriculum of architecture, so that architecture majors enter into and play a leading role in the field of a development business.
