Cultural idea is a kind of cultural value abstracted out of social ideology. It not only contains the cultural characteristics of its own, but also has the common definition of human civilization above itself, which represents a sort of historical culture and time value. All mature cultures have their own key idea. The humanity keyed cultural idea formed in Chinese history has ever been the most idiosyncratic content in traditional Chinese culture and become the most remarkable distinction from other cultures. In the 21st century, accompanying the development of economic and political systems, the new culture in China has stepped into the mature stage when a new key idea requires to be founded. The building of new cultural ideas will play an important role in preserving the union of 56 Chinese peoples, ensuring the unification between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and consolidating the unity among Chinese people, overseas Chinese and countrymen around the world.
The author thinks that science, democracy, kind heartedness harmony and innovation are the key ideas running through the whole Chinese culture. Though with different historical origins, all the five points contain the immutable idea pursuing of human civilization and completely concentrate on the traditional Chinese culture and contemporary culture. After a long term development and innovation, the five points shall be the key theories for contemporary theories, for they do not only reflect the developmental tend of contemporary Chinese culture, but also reflect a degree of the common value held by the human being.

The communication and cooperation between the cultures in East Asian countries will be beneficial to strengthen the understanding and friendship between the people of all countries and to play a great role to keep the peace in East Asian regions and even in the whole world.
