    초록·키워드

This article, mainly centered on established literary interpretations of Lee Sang Hwa’s work Whether Spring Taken Away Comes(빼앗긴 들에도 봄은 오는가) until now, is written for the historical evidence of a poetical word ‘Dulma flower’(들마꽃).
As the meaning of ‘Dulma flower’ explained as ‘Kunkwa’(菫花) in ‘willow and Dulma flower(?花)’ by Noksong(녹성, 綠星) introduced in a magazine Singtong(신통) published in 1925, the ‘Dulma flower’(들마꽃) must be another name of ‘violet’. Moreover, in his translation of ‘Abschied’ by Goethe, it can be confirmable that Park Yong-cheol turned ‘violet’ into ‘들마꽃’, which makes much clearer the fact that ‘Dulma flower’(들마꽃) means ‘violet’.
This sort of the study on poetic words helps to form the basis of new interpretations on literary works, with the renewed awareness of our language lost today.
