The purpose of this paper researches steel beam and concrete slab structure about those constructed Choseon Hotel in the early 20 century. The study method of Choseon Hotel investigated the documents through construction report that according to a new construction in 1914. For the result of the documents, various sizes and types of steel beam were used in slab structure of Choseon Hotel. The former slab structure was plain concrete structure as brick arches and steel arches but slab structure of Choseon Hotel inserted flat steel with regular interval and girder was covered by concrete. That can be an early step of the reinforced concrete structure in the early 20 century.
