Modern buildings in Korea are supplied by the west and Japan after the opening of a port in 1876. These modern buildings are ranished though the colonial period, liberation and Korea war, and removed and destroyed during economic development period. The lastest, modern buildings have importances by modern culture property list project.
In this study, a chosen standard to sort modern buildings is suggested so that modern buildings are estimated, and efficient protection are presented. In this chosen standard Five studied data is reconstituted and preference of the chosen standard is researched. The chosen standard is applied to Busan as real examples, and It is reconstituted again. So, seven list of chosen standards, historic worth, Characteristic worth, architectural worth, efficient worth, economic worth, regional worth, and scholastic worth, is studied.
