This Study which it sees as community facility with the shedding of blood it will be able to overcome the limit of the community of the Complex facility for an application Street Internalization of width it proposes the activation of the community which leads and hereafter there is the objective of the place where it presents the fundamental data for the plan of the Complex facility which will be planned.
The elementary school where the application possibility as community facility of the community is high it accomplishes the community activation of the Complex plan which leads the Street Internalization of width in the center. As the school as public culture facility the positive use and a participation of the field where it pushes and there is a possibility to widen the approach and a chance of community activity to the students, the area with the fact that it will be the possibility of role in role as community facility and space of the whole life studying of the area it leads it raises the application of composition anger facility as it is expected.
