This study is to investigate flow experience and health promotion lifestyle of sports athletics. In order to help sports aerobics athletics in performing sports and the sports leaders in teaching the athletics. In order to achieve such purpose I had 111 sports aerobics athletics as the objects of investigation and used the flow experience of Chung, Yong Kak(1997) which was amended and supplemented and the questions on lifestyles for health promotion of Sea, Yon Ok(1995) through analyzing the hypothesis with sex, age, and athletics career as the background variable causes, flow experience as independent variable causes, and health promotion lifestyle as subordinate variable causes. The followings are the conclusions.
1) The result of analysis on the difference between flow experience and health promotion lifestyle according to special variable causes of population statistics science showed significance difference in age and athletics career in recognition flow and action flow, and in health promotion lifestyle there were the significant differences in health management, age, physical and nutrition management, human relations support and stress management while there were significant differences in physical power and nutrition management in athletics career.
2) The variable causes between flow experience and health promotion lifestyle, 2 variable causes there was low standard correlation and statistical significant result.
3) The effect of flow experience to health promotion lifestyle showed that flow experience affected to the realization of the self showing statistically significant explanation.
