At the knowledge-information society in the 21st century, the government concentrate his effort on construction of information infra for the strengthening of nation's competitiveness and preparation of new take-off. In the "sports industry vision 2010", which is national core project, intensified research, investment for sports management information, equipment, cultivation of professional staff, and establishment of related agencies have been going on.
Therefore the aim of this study is to suggest the construction plan of leaders bank database for database globalization in sports management information. For this study, I applicated the currently using SQL in MS, analyzed the developed database, and would develop new database program I investigated the preceding researches, and analyzed the journals of academic society and sports analyzing program.
It is important to construct the three dimensinally manageable database. I made the local data tables to confirm the regional distribution and developed related database tables which could be managed by sex, items, and year. And I improved the speed through the composition of one database and 3 tables. This created information support the easy grasp of local sports for all leader and hold in common the information during the usage of database server, so could manage the present condition. Also separated tables enabled the easy data mining.
Three special data tables are made for the management of sports for all leader. The whole field table is designed to have all base elements including leader number, name, resident registration number, homepage, e-mail, where to make contact, sports for all license, and grade. Especially, leader number is designed in grouping codes, and allowed the special meaning according to cipher. Local tables are considered as the characteristics of local area, and arranged the cipher widely in order to correct continuously.
This developed database support the rapid decision making and information of local leader, so the effective leader management would be possible. Also multiple tables could enable the users to do a data mining whenever necessary.
