The aim of this paper is to set up the independent development and contents of Donghak thought. Thought as finding out the correlation between the thought of Dohak(China Philosophy) and Donghak thought(Korea Philosophy).
The Dohak Thought that came from China to Korea affected Anhyang(安珦) and Jungmongju(鄭夢周) in the Korea Dynasty afterwards Toegye(退溪) Yulgok(栗谷) and Jungam(靜庵) who were called as the three great scholars of Dohak in Joseon Dynasty achieved the learning success which surpassed China.
In particular as Dohak Thought united with Suown's(水雲) Donghak that was a Modern thinker in Korea, it was development into the Reformation Thought of Modern Society with an originality. Donghak didn't stay in the Thought of the former Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and it made a springboard as the Donghak Revolution Thought in this respect.
Sonmun's(孫文) Three Democratisms named as Democracy, Race and Welfare were under a strong influence. On the foundation of such Three Democratisms it was to realize the healthy society by a returned unity the substantial economy by the patriotic national security and the clean politics by the second beginning of the world.
Such a Thought of Donghak is not only the thought toward the future for independent national unification in Korea but also Dohak Thought is expected to be highlighted as a New Oriental.
