Electronic payment system is being most important pert t in e-business. Since the rapid growth cf e-business, new payment methods in e-business environment have teen required. This study is carried out as the efforts to analyze the critical acceptance factors in the an electronic payment system. This paper integrated two important theories(Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior), and discussed the factors affecting the user's intention to adopt an electronic payment system(just like a credit card via internet, E -cash Internet banking or mobile banking). Also included in our model is system characteristics, which serves as an external factors cf TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). From the stand pint cf the users and merchants, safety, security and efficiency are the critical factors of an electronic payment system such as the level of the transaction. This paper carried out an empirical analysis based on data collected from beth web survey and offline survey. The population of interest is the individual with the experiences an electronic payment system. A structural equation model(SEM) is employed to examine the effects of TAM and TPB on intentions to use an electronic payment system. Used tool for this study was Amos 5.0. To examine the reliability of the measurement, Cronbach's alpha test was used. On the other hand, Convergent validity was assessed based on factor loadings through Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), Aver age variance extracted(AVE), and Construct reliabilities. Discriminant validty was tested using a series of x2 differences and compared the squared AVE with correlation between each constructs.
