In positivism the copy of cognition of the methodology of scientific theory makes the cognition follow only one universal single true law. If it is abused socio politically in the feminist theology, it would have the possibility that wo/men can accept it as objective universal truth that they should follow unreflectively. In order to overcome this, Schuessler Fiorenza makes it as the epistemological background by adopting the concept of the critical subject with emancipatory interest of Habermas. Habermas takes epistemological motive of the critical subject in the critique of ideology of Marx and the psycho analytic therapy of Freud. Such a critical subject is applied to the critical wo/men subjects for liberation overcoming the patriarchy.
