The purpose of establishment of Tourism & Leisure style-company Cities is to develope the country through constructing multi-functional places mainly based on tourism and leisure activities including life infrastructure such as education and cultural facilities, as well as residing spaces.
In order to provide proper criteria for the Tourism & Leisure style-company Cities, its plan criteria should be clear, minimized, demander-centered, executable, and environment-friendly. It is also important that the central government, local governments, and participating corporations are to be put together in order to create competitive and differentiated concepts for a region like Palm Island of UAE and Languedoc-Roussillon of France have their unique themes.
Therefore, the plan criteria of Tourism & Leisure style-company Cities which will be established should be built in harmony with the current conditions in the Special Law for planned cities. It also needs to be progressed to accomplish the ultimate goal which is to develope the country evenly.
