After The Protestant Ethic and The Sprit of Capitalism, In The Religion of China, Confucianism and Taoism and some other books Max Weber raised a famous question and hypothesis : Why had modern capitalism not been created in China and other Eastern countries? moreover Confucian legacy is an obstacle to development of capitalism. After Weber to the 1970's, Almost Western scholar of Chinese classics followed Weber in his hypothesis. However, after 1970's, the rapid growth of economy in East Asia make was demonstrated that the relation of Confucianism and modernization was not exclusive. But on the other hand, in the face of the 1990's, the monetary crisis in East Asia, were founded the limitation of capitalism in East Asia. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to study find two answer : one is to find what is the different of the western capitalism and eastern capitalism, the other is to study what is the possibilities and limitations of the capitalism in East Asia.
