The purpose of this study is to analyze the Development of Deteriorated Residential Area by Urban Regeneration and to understand the problem of present housing development. Until the now new town development and house development are developed with logic of effectiveness and economical efficiency of function after being started, in the region other city which begins Seoul the center of house culture from detached house is exchanged quickly with the apartment, finally The high-rise apartment was passed over nationwide total number of households veterinarian 50%.
But problem of the high-rise and high-density apartment development is serious ; Base facility insufficiency Strange feeling creation of neighboring area and Infringement problem of right of privacy, environmental pollution from viewable side etc... It does not consider to the quality of if house environment not to be and if only economic profit only the high development which it stands comes to be continued, it will be confront in saturated state and massive high-rise building deterioration problem of residential supply. So that, it bust be consider to the reconstruction and the redevelopement which match in the time when qualitative life pursues.
