After industrialization, debate regarding environmental pollution began and currently various environmentalism are becoming prominent in order to force a measure on environmental pollution. Every environmentalism has various positions on environmental pollution and the solutions for environmental pollution are also different according to their positions. Especially within the aspects of capitalism, the greatest value is placed on development of economic growth so environmental pollution is only seen as a small mistake during the development process. Particularly in construction, the natural environment should be an essential element in making the human environment more comfortable and should be something that should be symbiotic, but currently only the outer and simple elements of nature is seen within the housing development. This is not different from the view of nature of the past where nature was used as a tool for personal life. We need to break away from this view of nature and observe, compare and analyze other social aspects regarding nature for the symbiosis of nature and human and need to inspect once more regarding the position of the construction countermeasure within our view of nature and symbiosis of human and nature. Especially within the socialist view, humans are not seen as the dominator of nature but one part of nature and views nature as being exploited within the production method of capitalism just as human labor is being exploited and differ against the relationship between human and nature. So unlike the intensive use of lands as seen in the capitalist housing development plan, a straight approach is seen and forms of buffer greens are always seen in between. Of course it is irrational to accept the plans based on socialism without filtration but in order to solve the current problem, it is definitely a view that we need to refer to.
