The main object of this study is to propose strategic model which can integrate U-Construction strategy and U - IT839, and we would present exclusive U-Construction strategy and it's resonable course model in construction industry comparing with advance direction of Information technology.
Recently, leading power in U-City Construction market has been preoccupied by IT corporations, and associated R & D is being promoted by IT industry, so Construction corporations still can't participate in U-City Construction market.
In order to solve this problem, specific breakdown structure of Construction
Industry must be established and the strategy by which IT can be managed integrately must be also be established. Based on these, in this paper we would present Strategy for U-Project by suggesting U-Construction Strategic Model.
