The way to the political stabilization in Northeast Asia is to create the strong consciousness of social solidarity and to arouse the mood of peaceful coexistence among people. That means to build up some communities there.
Getting the three areas together, the Sea of Japan, the Yellow Sea, and the East China Sea, the author has named this area 'the East Asia Mediterranean'. And the author thinks out the conception of the community to control pollution there.
The author also proposes an idea to build a physical distributing community in Northeast Asia after connecting the railways of the North and the South in Korea Peninsular.
We may say the time has come for us to start any of antipollution activities around the East Asia Mediterranean.
