In this work the magnetic anisotropies of magnetostriction material Tb(Fe<SUB>0.55</SUB>Co<SUB>0.45</SUB>)<SUB>1.5</SUB> (named a-TerfecoHan) films were investigated with respect to working pressures in the range 1-7 mTorr.
