The business of Logistics web is accomplished under SCM(supply chain management) because of internet environment. In recent years, The Application strategic role of the Third Part Logistics(TPL) in corporation is increasingly emphasized. The paper reviews selected literature of theoretical background and cases in third party logistics services and the proposes Forth Party Logistics(4PL) Possibility. The understanding of 4PL and logistics out souring are sectioning increased attention as means of becoming competitive in challenging environment. This is operated unified like an enterprise. 4PL can work effectively in logistics optimum in international trading deals. 4PL has to offer a service, almost perfect, through the partnership and coporation with the client organization that based on the IT, knowhow, and solutions. I analyzed to the 4PL websites′ the Application strategies. For this, the basic-s for the upbringing of 4PL has to be formed fast.
