This study is one of the important subjects of researches in the field of architecture, and at the same time incorporates a concern in regard to local community which is one of the desirable features to be progressed by modern society. In addition, this study is greatly focused not only to show the way towards a better life, but also establish the meaning of life and dwelling in rural and urban areas through the revitalization of local community. As a solution for such issues, the possibility was found in the 'Art Creation Studios' out of the Cultural Art Facility.
In conclusion, the analyses conducted by programming, place, policy, etc. for the Art Creation Studio are meant to find out a meeting point that can be utilized by perceiving the relations between local Community and Cultural Art Facility. This issue is a kind of discussion not only for architectural plan, but also for art world, local residents and cities. Accordingly the issue should be considered being worth studying.
