For current education establish effectively, Teachers should develop themselves constantly. Teachers feel keenly the necessity of it and necessary the effort and a strong will to move it practice.
Therefore the direction of the current education is a great necessity condition for developing of teacher's disposition.
This research have some results,
First, teachers let themselves developed and advanced constantly, and they should move against the fast changing and have to do their roles.
Second, The government and the institute of young children have to support time, finance, surroundings.
Third, The contents of teacher's study and training must be subdivided and realized for using well at educational fields.
Forth, The contents of training curriculum is necessity to be standardized.
Fifth, co-research should be established teacher to solve the problem of field.
Sixth, Universities and colleges have to give new academic theories and practices.
Seventh, the journals should be published for teachers.
Eighth, the introduction of renewal system should be worth due consideration for quality management of teachers.
