To be person means to be unique person. Person cannot and should not be evaluated without considering person's originality. In this point, Alfred Adler's thought was influential to psychotherapy circles. He focused on person's creativity and originality without comparing with others. Therefore person should be recognized his/her gift given by God. His descendents, Adlerians, keeps Adler's thought by which person cannot and should not be divided and judged. Person who lives in the world should be accepted as usual person.
To be person means to be treated wholistic being in situations. Feminist counselors like to deal persons rightly. If person is in unfair treatment, person would be discriminated as usual person. Feminist counselors/psychotherapists seek to favorable and harmonious relationship between persons including woman and man.
In two disciplines, the commons point is to take away obstacles to oppress one's power and creativity by any means. To grow means to become person. In terms of two studies, person should grow his/her capacity and hidden talents through just deal and acceptance.
