In this study novel method of fabrication of conducting polymer nanowire device is proposed. Conducting polymer is electrochemically polymerized on the working electrode. After polymerization, a part of working electrode is removed by chemical etching, and eventually conducting polymer nanowire connected by both sides of electrodes is fabricated. Fabricated nanowire device is confirmed through scanning electron microscope images and the effects of process variables are investigated.
