This study provides the effective rehabilitation program for anterior cruciate ligament injury patients by comparing rehabilitation programs of knee joint after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. 21 adult man who had anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (7 accelerated rehabilitation exercise group, 7 aquatic fitness group and 7 physical therapy group) were selected. Rehabilitation program were performed for 12 weeks, 60 minutes per day, 5 times per week, and pt% bodyweight, average power, circumference of legs were analyzed. 1) pt% bodyweight were significantly increased in extensor and flexor muscle of all three groups which has isokinetic angular velocity 60°/sec?180°/sec. pt% bodyweight among groups were significantly different except flexor muscle of isokinetic angular velocity 180°/sec. 2) Average power were significantly increased in isokinetic angular velocity 60°/se cㆍ180°/sec extensor and flexor muscle in all three groups. Average power of each groups was significantly different in isokinetic angular velocity 60°/sec extensor muscle, and others were not different significantly. 3) In each groups, mid-thigh circumference was significantly different in ARE and AF group, and calf circumference was significantly different in ARE group. Among groups, mid-thigh and calf circumference were all different significantly.
