This study investigate unofficial consignment as a part of collection device size of the customs duties arrears. Customs duties arrears is one of serious problems that Korea Customs Service has faced, there is no systematic incentive to prevent the customs duties arrears.
So that the unofficial consignment obtain good results collection of customs duties arrears, the unofficial consignment carry forward following device :
First, unofficial consignment company is under competent institutions because unofficial consignment company fulfill statutes, taxpayers right care, etc.
Second, maximization collection of the customs duties arrears grant reasonable collection discretion for unofficial consignment company.
Third, it need the foundation of computer system in order to classification, management, delivery for information of the customs duties arrears.
