This paper attempted to make an investigation into the effect of foreign exchange rate volatility(Won/Dollar) recently on the balance of payment(BOP) in Korea. The empirical results are as follows : (1) Maintain prices at a reasonable of foreign exchange and exploitation of various substitute energy sources for a sudden rise of oil price. (2) For Grain imports of join venture, international M&A and cooperation with self-subsistence on the spot country. (3) Develope a new total theme style sight seeing linked an Gyue Sung industrial complex for balance on goods and service. (4) Unrestricted flow of FDI(foreign direct investment) maximizes global welfare. The term "source country" refers to the country from which the capital, income increase, balance of payment, etc. therefore, we must one stop service for FDI into Korea. (5) The rectification of the trade imbalance in Japan's favor long time, we have to develop the newly core parts (optomechatronics) of precision instruments.
