China is making economic development and social stability. At present, the most outstanding contractions are in many provinces as follows : the contraction between the investment environment and people's understanding of open policy and open market. Especially, this study focuses on the case of Xinjiang Uighur Automous Region.
Xinjiang is the largest province in China, therefore Xinjiang has important position of economy policy.
As above mentioned, Xinjiang people lacks to understand open policy and investment environment. After my study, I finds the problems of investment and sugests counter plans of Xinjiang
