This work is about the survey with 208 social workers in DaeguㆍGyeung-buk region about spirituality and organization effectiveness. Following is the result of the how social worker's spirituality affect to the organizational effectiveness.
First, social workers have more horizontal spirituality than vertical spirituality, and higher recognition of service delivery outcome than of organization management outcome.
Secondly, both vertical and horizontal spirituality of christian social workers turn out higher than buddhism, catholic or unbelieving social workers. Social workers who has longer period of religious life, participate in religious club more regular. And also, workers who do religious activities at least once in a month have higher spirituality.
Thirdly, it appears that there is statistically positive(+) relativity between horizontal divinity and vertical spirituality, horizontal, vertical spirituality and organization maintaining outcome, service delivery outcome at p＜.05 level.
Forth, It seems that there is statistically vertical spirituality of social worker influence to the organizational effectiveness rather than horizontal spirituality.
Thus, it is primarily requested that the effort of the practical and various study and adaption is needed to enforce the vertical spirituality of social workers.
