    The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the NEW PLUS HOUSING on the price of apartment. The price of the housing is determined by the various characteristics. As a result, the relationship of influence of the prediction is difficult. In the Previous reviews, it sets up the various factors and analyzes the relationship of the influence.
    The government implements the various policy with these factors for coordinating the real estate market. The representative policy is the supply of the housing, such as the policy of the rental house and New Town. The government controls the overheating and depression through these policies. But, so far, it is the very rare case that the result of the effort represents the direction of the goal. This is a cause of the problem that it does not consider the characteristics of the housing price. The government implements to do immediate provision. It is the NEW PLUS HOUSING. We can judge this fact to intervene directly the housing market through the NEW PLUS HOUSING. Then, it is important thing to investigate how to influence the housing market.
    In this study, we investigate the effect of the regional house price with the region of NEW PLUS HOUSING as the center. And we analyze the influence of housing price with the previous review's characteristics. This study investigate through the Hedonic Price Model. Based on this study, so we verify that this policy is truly contributing the stabilizing market.
