This study aims to examine the relationship between educational training and organizational effectiveness with the subjects of employees working at family restaurants among the food service companies in Korea and understand the effect of learning support in educational training upon organizational effectiveness. For hypothesis testing, correlations between the study factors of educational training, educational instructors and transitional characteristics, and between the study factors of learning motivation and organizational effectiveness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention were analyzed by multiple regression. Next, in order to measure the regulating effect of learning support in the correlation between educational training for employees and organizational effectiveness, And this paper provides significant implications for the educational training of food service companies afterwards.
