This research searching job choice trend by conduct a survey of several factors on the influence upon choice of cosmetic job in 337 cosmetic relative persons who are hair designer, student and instructors of beauty school, employee of relative company and cosmetic major in college and graduated school and attempt to help for offering basic data to get the cosmetic job and cosmetic development. Collected data has been carried out by SAS statistics program.
The results of the research are summarized ad follows.
First, 20 to 29 is 46.1% mostly, women is 94.7% and single is 66.6% of the study. Monthly income less than \ 1,000,000 is 42.1%, major in cosmetic is 23.2% and high school graduate is 35.5%.
Second, it is differ cosmetic carrier in influence upon cosmetic relative job choice according to individual characteristics from age. monthly income. major in cosmetic or not and academic career. And it is equal beauty school and instruction investment expense to major in cosmetics or not and academic carrier.
Thus, cosmetic has a bright future ahead of we grasp these problems and more activation education and policy support.
