Fingerprinting protocol is one of the copyright protection techniques, which combines the public-key cryptosystem used in electronic commerce with the digital watermarking scheme that aims at proving the ownership of multimedia contents and prevents the illegal reproduction and redistribution of digital contents. The conventional methods are wholly lacking for applications and references about the watermarking techniques considering the characteristics of encryption system on the protocol. To solve the lack points, the proposed algorithm presents watermarking technique that considers frequency characteristic of image in cryptology protocol when combines watermarking techniques within cryptology protocol. As experimental results, we confirmed that the embedded watermarks were satisfied the invisibility and the robustness against JPEG compression about various ratio.
