The purpose of this study was to find the effects of a psychological skills and routine by training psychological skills on golf performance of KLPGA players. The subjects for this study totalled 99 players were sampled from the 5th K.Y.J championship. The training for psychological skills was set as an independent variable, the routine was set as a parameter and psychological skill was set as a dependent variable. Data was analyzed with SPSS PC win 15.0 Version. Alpha was set at .05. Results were as follows; First, Those who trained the psychological skills showed that the mind control exerted its influence over their anxiety. Also, the preparation for condition and the mind control made a statistically significant difference in the aspect of challenge spritis. And the motion and the mind control of routine made a statically significant difference in the aspect of visualization control and the mind control of routine exerted its influence over their concentration and arousal control. Second, Those who didn't trained the psychological skills showed that the mind control of routine was influential in their anxiety, and the condition control made a statistically significant difference in the aspect of their challenge spirit. Also, the preparation for condition and the mind control of routine exerted their influence over their self-confidence and arousal control.
