The study of Taekwondo players to improve flow Taekwondo leaders provide new leadership and present appropriate for the efficient operation of taekwondo organization to provide basic data for the purpose. The subjects of this study in November 2010, registered in the National Association of Taekwondo University students were selected player. Sample extraction method using a convenience sampling, Were immediately return a completed questionnaire. 23 samples out of the research as irrelevant, except to 508 samples through convenient sampling method were adopted as a final data. The frequency analysis of the data processing and analysis of data collected, exploratory factor analysis of SPSS WIN ver 17.0 and confirmatory factor analysis and valyfication of hypotheses for the research model analysis of covariance structud coanalysis progd m, wasoanalyzed using AMOS 7.0. Results from the empirical analysis are as follows. First, the psychosocial of mentoring had positive effect on predisposition of exercese adherence. Second, the psychosocial of mentoring had positive effect on enabling of exercese adherence. Third, the psychosocial of mentoring had positive effect on reinforcement of exercese adherence. fourth, the career features of mentoring had positive effect on predisposition of exercese adherence. fifth, the career features of mentoring had positive effect on enabling of exercese adherence. sixth, the career features of mentoring had positive effect on reinforcement of exercese adherence.
