This study has analysis relationship with work-life balance, positive attitude and leisure activity and tour activity, for the objective of this research, it is to hypothesis five. The analysis used SPSS Win 12.0, the hypotheses applicate to an multiple regression.
Based on the hypotheses, the results of the analysis revealed that the work-life balance influenced positive attitude and the positive attitude also influence leisure activity and tour activity, positive attitude intermediate between and work-life balance and leisure activity, positive attitude also intermediate between work-life balance and tour activity. This results offer suggestions as to;
First, it is not overlooking that work-life balance including various social factors can effect on positive attitude. Second, it is necessary that positive attitude must individually approached composition factors including economic factor. Third, it is necessary that the national authority make a attitude education and a environmental creation for the advancement of leisure activity, tour activity, and tourism industry.
