A simple thermal calculation method for the steady state estimation of 2㎿e scale circulating fluidized bed boiler is present in this paper. The boiler system is divided into 6 modules according to its physical construction, and the heat and mass balance calculation was conducted to each modules. Finally all of the modules are coupled together to form a system model for performance prediction. And a comparison has been carried out between calculation results and operation data of the boiler.
