The study was to identify differences in personal job-consciousness, job stress, and job satisfaction of bowling coaches to find how they influence on job satisfaction and job stress. Total of 210 individual bowling coaches, are randomly sampled. Concerned data are 196 sheets responded by them excluding 14 sheets which have some omissions with uncareful attitude. Analysis is made by SPSSWIN 12.0 for t-test. In addition, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis have been applied produce following outcomes. First, job consciousness level is widely different depending on age, type of teaching, teaching career, and incomes. But there is no close relation with coaches' public education.
Second, job stress level is different depending on age, type of teaching, teaching career, and incomes. However, there is no close relation with his(or her) public education. Third, job satisfaction level varies depending on age, public education, type of teaching, teaching career, and income. Fourth, lower job dedication level and lower job pride as well, are meaningful to explain job stresses of bowling coaches. Fifth, lower job pride level which is regarded as one less important factor of job consciousness, is positively meaningful to explain job characteristical stresses. Sixth, lower job dedication level is adversely meaningful to explain environmental job stress. However, its adaptability has little meaning statistically. Seventh, lower levels of professional job consciousness and job pride of the coaches are positively meaningful to explain their personal satisfaction. Eighth, both lower job professional consciousness level and lower job dedication level, are positively meaningful to explain external satisfaction.
