The building and energy management system(BEMS) is one of the very powerful tool for proposing a resonable plan to reduce building energy consumption and for efficient operation of various building service equipments. BEMS requires generally so many sensors and informations gathered by it, such as electric power, gas flow, steam flow, liquid flow, temperatures and pressures and so on, to yield the energy consumption level of buildings and the performance of equipments. In this study the monitoring and control points for D-CUBE City, a test bed for actual application of the BEMS developed, were selected, and remarkable research activities on BEMS will be performed in the near future.
