The current vehicle design process to the contrary between the various performance, such as a design will be minimized if there is a difference until they repeated the test and analysis. Therefore, the current vehicle development system in the early design stage is increasing the time. And it is very difficult an optimal design considering multi-disciplinary. In this study, effect analysis was performed to analysis sensitivity between design variables and performance index. In addition, optimal design of sampling point organized by DOE was selected through a What-If Study. Phase 2 in this paper, considering the design constraints and describes the analytical model and phase 3, for a sensitivity analysis using design of experiments will be described.
