Junior college has a crisis. Because, the student"s number to enter university is decreasing geometrically. Moreover, students prefer capital region university than fresh-water college and four-year college than junior college.
To overcome emergency of junior college, a effort of development plan is very important. But it is the hard that Baekseokmunhwa university, a junior college in fresh-water area refers development plan at these visual point. But, we should try and can do it. Therefore, we suggest some development plan of Baekseokmunhwa university.
First, we should express a certain identity of Christian religion university, human nature education and public information of Christian religion university.
Second, we should intend specification of university.
Third, we must be university which is emotion.
