초록· 키워드

Cloud computing, utilized as a method for enhancing the work efficiency of organizations, provides new opportunities and suggests turning points of discontinuous innovation. However, while many of descriptive studies regarding to the cloud computing technology have been introduced, the study concentrating on the understanding of the benefits and utilization through the cloud computing technology, and expectations of changes in supply and demand are deficient. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of organizational needs(Performance Gap, Learning Ability, Strategic Vision) and technological needs(Cost Savings, Technology Fits, Data Confidentiality) on an organization’s Cloud Computing Assimilation and Realized Benefits, and to attempt an empirical inquiry into organizations’ attitude toward cloud computing, and their adoption and internalization behaviors. Furthermore, this study differentiated from previous ones by examining the moderating effect of Organizational Supports. Results indicated that organizational needs and technological needs with a exception of Data Confidentiality had a positive effect on Cloud Computing Assimilation. Moreover, the moderating effect of Organizational Supports had an important effect on Cloud Computing Assimilation. The implications of the findings suggest a new theoretical framework for research on users’ behaviors toward the introduction of cloud computing, and clarify factors influencing the practical application of this technology.
