Based on Open source Code, OpenFOAM, solver for the estimation of the air age is built and evaluated on the conceptual design of the ventilation plan for building large size of the ship. From the cleaned up CAD to the solution, all process are conducted with open source and new prospective possibility of adopting open source on industrial area is suggested. Modification and implementation of open source will be the valuable alternative approach to the licensed software
