The purpose of this study is to provide both demanders-suppliers and policy makers of rural tourism with information for their decision-making to maximize their utilities and profits in turn as well as to establish suitable policies in all government levels to full implementation of weekly five school days system. The study results show that 36.3% of potential rural tourists would increase the number of rural tours from 4.0 to 6.5 times per year while 61% of them maintaining the current. The most important opinion leader group for rural tourism might include middle aged, married, more than 14 years educated, salary men, and medium and upper middle income classes. The natural environments are the most preferred for decision-making in supply side while accommodation, foods, and transportation costs consisting of about two-third of travel costs play the most significant roles in demand side. Diversification and differentiation of accommodation, security of food safety and foods diversification, and improvement in service quality of rural tourism programs are strongly suggested.
