As service provision of professional convention organizer affects managerial performance of convention planning enterprise, it is necessary for the firm to foster environment for enhancing individual creativity of professional convention organizer. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate whether environmental characteristics of organization affect individual creativity of professional convention organizer and to figure out influencing environmental characteristics of organization. The sample were professional convention organizers who worked in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Jejuisland. The research findings are as follows. Firstly, superiors" charisma and intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership affect professional convention organizer"s creativity. Secondly, intrinsic and extrinsic reward affect professional convention organizer"s creativity. Thirdly, team creativity affects professional convention organizer"s creativity. Based on these findings, top managers should foster environment that leads professional convention organizer to creativity.
