There are several problems in the teaching of Sports. Among them bottlenecks of teaching, the way of finding out the player's aptitude, the problem of the player's spirit and the faith in teaching are examined. The result of the investigation and analysis for the Korean and Japanese coaches is as follows:
1. The Japanese coaches are older and experienced than Korean coaches and the teaching members are more than that of Korea. The Korean coaches teaching time is longer than that of Japan. There are six days in a week for both countries coacher.
2. The bottlenecks of the teaching are the rack of Speed, weak physical stamina, rack of wit and wanting in decision. The Korean coaches respond highly in lack of strong intention for the reach the aim, the want in decision and the lack of game sense. The Japanese coaches regard then own ability as important.
3. Player's physical stamina, the ability of general Sports, and physical stamina are important in finding out player's aptitude.
4. As ways of heightening player's spirit, both countries coaches make the players have confidence and real ability, recover their temper and give a hint and Image training.
5. In the faith in teaching the Korean coaches respond highly in “character building”. The Japanese coaches respond highly in “recompense for labor”.
So we can say the Korean coaches have more educational belief.
