Earth enviroment is being polluted of all products flooding E-Waste. And a sharp rise in metal prices is becoming more importance of urban mining. It is very important for high-tech industires for example solar cell, next generation battery, LED, etc, in Chungbuk. But most of raw materials for these industries are relying on income from abroad. And so there needs urban mining which is raw materials are extracted form E-waste. but the foundation of urban mining is very poor in Chungbuk. This paper aims at sustainable development of society with promotion planning of urban mining in Chungbuk. By promoting urna mining in Chungbuk, reducing the enviromental load, increasing employment for poor, using core materials in high-tech industiries and constructing sustainable development of society.
