In this study, crosshole seismic test, downhole seismic test, SPT-uphole test, and suspension PS logging(SPS logging) are conducted and the results of these tests are compared. As a result, crosshole and downhole tests can be used reliable method for borehole seismic tests as their results are similar each other. SPS logging shows reliable results in the case of no casing, i.e. in the rock mass, while, in the case of soil ground, its values are lower or higher than those of other tests. SPT-uphole tests show similar results in the soil ground and upper area of rock mass compared to others. However, it does not obtain reliable results because SPT sampler cannot penetrate into the rock mass for the tests. In the case of SPT-uphole test, casing is not required so that problem caused by casing can be avoided. In addition, it can have the merit for urgent construction as time can be saved.
