Although some architecture majors pursue their careers in the field of real estate development and finance, this industry still remains unexplored to most of architecture students. Thus, I would like to look into the definition of real estate development & finance and also introduce major companies in each sector and their business model. Real Estate Development is an operation activity of creating value through a comprehensive course of devising an optimal development plan based on the market demand & supply and the potential of lands.
