This study was carried out to find out the relationship between recognition for eco-friendly agricultural products and nutritional knowledge. Participants were 296 adults in Daegu region. Our results indicated that women knew more about eco-friendly agricultural products than men (p<0.01). The higher average monthly food cost led to the higher recognition on eco-friendly agricultural products(p<0.01). The higher recognition on eco-friendly agricultural products led to the higher satisfaction with eco-friendly agricultural products(p<0.05). The nutritional knowledge score was significantly lower among adults lacking in recognition on eco-friendly agricultural products(p<0.01). In light of the above results, given the systematic nutrition education on eco-friendly agricultural products along with quality control of eco-friendly agricultural products behavior on eco-friendly agricultural products.
